Fishing days start with hotel Breakfast at 5:00 or 5:30 depending on the seasons & ready to departures at 5:30 or 6:00 am, walk across the bulevar to jump on the skiffs & begin the adventure, 15 to 45 minutes from departure the fishing begins with rolling Tarpon at sunrise, as soon the sun is up, the rolling slows down, to start sight fishing a casting in to the canals & mangrove pockets, returning around 2 pm.
